    1. Is there a cost to sign-up and book hotels?

      There
      is no cost. You pay only for the hotel(s) and tour(s) you book

    2. After I make a booking what happens next?

      You will receive a confirmation note in the reservation you
      requested with details on payment deadlines.Once payment for the booking is received by
      us we email the voucher(s) and the invoice. You print the
      voucher and present this to the hotel and attraction company (if applicable).

    3. How do I pay for the booking(s) I make?

      You can pay using either Visa or MasterCard credit cards,
      Paypal, wire transfer, or bank deposit. Personal checks are not accepted!

    4. I see some hotels showing “On Request”. What does that mean?

      It means the block of rooms we have are sold out and we need
      to request extra allotment from the hotel. There is no guarantee that
      when we request this extra allotment it will be confirmed.

    5. When I request some hotels for 2 nights it doesn’t show anything. However when I request the request the same hotels for 3 nights they show. Why is this so?

      It means that the contract we have with those hotels permits us to sell a minimum of 3 nights stay. This happens in particular with the all-inclusive hotels. In high season many hotels also have this policy particularly over Christmas and New Years.

    6. Can I book Tours, Attractions and Transfers by themselves?

      Yes, these may be booked without any hotels, cruises, car rentals or flights.

    7. Is telephone assistance available 24/7?

      Telephone assistance is available Mondays to Fridays 8.00am to 7.00pm eastern time. On Saturdays between 8.00am and 4.00pm eastern time. On Sundays 10.00am to 2.00pm Eastern time. If you need assistance outside these times please send an email to:

    8. Why do some hotels under "The Tropics" have no description?

      These hotels are termed "Dynamic Hotels" and in time descriptions, pictures, etc will be added. The cancellation policy for these hotels is generally 3 days prior to the date of arrival (noon local hotel time). Cancellation/changes made within 3 days of arrival will result in the full cost of the reservation being charged as a penalty.

    9. Where do I find general information about your website?

      This is found under "Terms of Use" which has a link at the bottom of each page. It will also be found when you request reservation(s). It is important that this is read as it outlines how we do business with our clients.

    10. What do the codes (CP, BP, MAP, FAP, AI) beside the hotel name mean?

      CP = Continental Plan. Continental breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, toast, fruit) is included.
      BP = Breakfast Plan. A full hot breakfast is included.
      MAP = Modified American Plan. Breakfast and dinner are included.
      FAP = Full American Plan. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are included.
      AI = All-Inclusive. All meals, snacks and drinks are included.

    11. Is there instant confirmation for the hotels listed under

      No. All hotels listed under "GO! Jamaica Specials" are all on a "Request" basis. That means it will generally take between 2-4 hours to get confirmation on these rooms.
